Re:Ziroli Corsair WING SHEETING - 2007/03/07 15:21 OK,

so I'm thinking if I'm going to create a loot of dust I might as well be sanding the whole thing at once, therefore i need to finish the wing bottom.

Below are pictures of the final bottom wing sheeting, not a simple task on the gull wing, lots of pins, ammmonia water and bags of ball bearings need to hold things down.

Re:Ziroli Corsair WING SHEETING - 2007/03/07 15:24
There is a continuance of the fuselage bottom on the underside of the wing. I placed the wing in the fuselage and put in the nylon bolts to align things for the placement of the last four former pieces on the plane. that's it, my parts box is empty and no extra parts left over, a good sign.

Re:Ziroli Corsair fuse tail - 2007/03/07 15:28 There is a 2 inch long shape beyond the back of the last fuse former that needs to be shaped from a balsa block. Below I am gluing on the block that I will carve into the corsair tailpiece.
