The first version of this plane was rather disappointing. There were several issues that I disliked.
1. The softness of the tail section caused the plane to react squirrelly in maneuvers.
2. The roll rate was poor due to the single servo moving the ailerons.
Right after the first flight I knew I had to relook at the design. After some contemplation, I decided to build a box fuse out of FFF (fan fold foam) and see how she flew.
Here is what came of the project.
