In watching Dave Platt's video again in the airport last week, I have decided that his suggestion of a "flow coat" after the first coat of resin and cloth to "fill in the weave" may work great for polyester resin but it's a definate lead weight for the epoxy resin folks. Therefore I have decided to go with one coat of epoxy resin and glass, then use the Klass Kote epoxy primer for the weave filler. Most of the primer gets sanded off anyway. Then I'm going with the epoxy Klass Kote color scheme, Indigo Blue and an off-white underwing and fuse bottom.
